2. Either Party may terminate the Agreement by giving notice of termination in writing to the other Party. Such termination shall become effective on the first day of the month following the expiration of a period of twelve months after the date of the notice of
termination.
In witness whereof, the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto by their respective
Governments, have signed this Agreement.
Done at Bern, this 14th day of February, 2013 in duplicate in the English language. A German language text shall be prepared which shall be considered equally authentic upon an exchange of diplomatic notes between the Parties confirming its conformity with the English language text.
