Das von vorsorglichen Massnahmen betroffene Gebiet wird für bestimmte Szenarien wesentlich grösser ausfallen als in der bisherigen Planung, die auf die Lebensmittelgrenzwerte abgestützt war.

Die finanziellen Konsequenzen für eine allfällige Entschädigung von Produzenten für mögliche Einnahmeverluste in Gebieten, wo ein Ernte- und Weideverbot vorsorglich angeordnet wird, die Grenzwerte für Lebensmittel nach heutiger Fremd- und Inhaltsstoffverordnung aber nicht überschritten werden, müssen geklärt werden.
